Low calorie specialities - Spicy corn slices

SPICY CORN SLICES

Ingredients:

1 big corn cob
6 bread slices
 breadcrumbs
 butter to dot
 1tbs oil
 1onion sliced
 1capsicum julienne
 ketchup
 salt, chilly powder
 2tbsp breadcrumbs.


METHOD

Remove corn from corn cob. Pressure Cook, adding salt, water. Cut out big rounds from bread slicers using moulds. Fry onion and capsicum and add ketchup, seasoning and boiled corn. Pile this filling over round bread slices, sprinkle crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in a hot Owen for 5 minutes or till they are golden brown. 
Your tasty spicy corn slices are ready to eat.
